Big Red Rules:
Everyone (riders and spectators) must sign a waiver consent form and pay the current admission fee per person before entering
the park. Park admission fee is per person!
Anyone not signed in will be considered as trespassing and be subject to arrest.
Those under the age of 16 must have a waiver consent signed by a parent or legal guardian in the presence of a park staff
member. The parent or guardian must closely supervise minors.
HELMETS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES for persons 17 yrs. or younger while operating or riding on ANY motorized bike or ATV
ANYWHERE for ANY REASON on Big Red grounds.
Ride on marked trails ONLY. Anyone caught riding off marked trails may be suspended immediately. One-Way trails will be
strictly enforced.
Off Road Vehicles must remain on designated trails, tracks or parking areas at all times. No On Road Vehicles are permitted past
the last parking area!
Absolutely NO riding on closed trails. (Trails closed by tree limbs, equipment, ribbons or signs.)
POSTED speed limit or "Idle Speed Only" MUST be followed on road and in parking areas. All vehicles must operate in a manner
to avoid incidents and/or accidents while in the park. ***KEEP IT SLOW ON THE MAIN ROAD*** !!!!
Be courteous of other guests and Big Red staff on and off the trails. ***ATVS THROW ROCKS -- BE AWARE OF YOUR ROOST TOWARD
OTHER PEOPLE AND THEIR VEHICLES*** !!!
Anybody riding in an unsafe manner (spinning wheels unnecessarily, 'popping wheelies') or creating any damage to property or
risking the safety of others may be suspended immediately.
All off-road vehicle drivers and riders should follow the manufacturer’s safe operating procedures. Please be sure that your
vehicle has the appropriate equipment needed to operate on the rough terrain in the park.
Everyone rides at their own risk. Know your limitations and do not exceed the capabilities of your vehicle.
NO riding on trails / tracks prior to 8:00 a.m. or after dusk. NO bike or ATV engine is to be started prior to 8:00 a.m. or
after dark.
NO coolers will be allowed to be carried on ATV's while being used on marked trails.
NO operation of vehicles after consuming alcohol.
NO trash will be deposited on any trails. No glass containers are allowed at the park.
YOU MUST BE PACKED AND OUT OF THE PARK BEFORE DARK (½ hour after sunset).
Failure to comply with the above rules and safe operating procedures can result in your being temporarily or permanently
banned from using the park or participating in any future park activity or event.
Any rules/regulations not included above, implemented at a later date, as well as all directives given by Big Red Staff must
be adhered to.
The park is neither liable nor
responsible for damage, loss or theft of personal property or injury to
visitors.
